Purchased items will be shipped within 5 business days of the order, although most will be within 1-2. You will receive a confirmation email of shipment once your order has been processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org.
PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Rates are calculated via the Australia Post rate calculator and can be viewed online. International orders are shipped with Australia Post. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout (if any).
Customer satisfaction is our main priority. Our goods are all hand picked and quality checked before shipping. Upon receiving your order if you are not completely happy please email email@example.com within 2 days advising of any problems or concerns with the merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition for refunds to be processed. Refunds are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
